Tyler Gossett, founder and chef of The Little Egret, is a native of Southern California with a passion for discovering new flavors through travel and people. He earned his degree at the Le Cordon Blue Culinary Academy and has worked at a variety of establishments including top restaurants and catering companies in the Los Angeles area, as well as spending time abroad honing his craft in the Dominican Republic.
